Great apartment in a great location with a very competitive price

The private sauna was my favourite feature and the location was superb, communication with the hosts was easy and friendly. Newly renovated, spacious and clean in a very quiet neighbourhood and house. Only minor downside was that there was no internet included which I had overlooked when booking so clearly my own fault - but no big issue for this short stay as I could cover work through my phone.

La ubicación y la sauna

No está preparado para 4 personas. No hay mesa, solo una barra con 2 taburetes altos y 2 sillas bajas, es decir los 4 no pueden hacer nada a la vez. Tampoco hay donde poder estar si no estás acostado. Tampoco hay nada para poder colocar las cosas de 4 personas ni armarios, solo uno pequeño que tenía la aspiradora y cosas de limpieza. Cuando llegamos nos surgió la duda de si lo habían limpiado porque la basura estaba sin tirar.

Attenzione!! il proprietario in modo scorretto ed ingannevole omette di precisare nelle indicazione di check-in sul sito, che le chiavi dell'appartamento sono situate in un posto lontano kilometri dall'appartamento, cosa che mi ha causato disagi e fastidio. Inoltre a poche ore dall'arrivo ad Helsinki, il proprietario non mi aveva ancora mandato istruzioni su come entrare in casa, gli ho mandato messaggi su Booking e non ha risposto, mandato SMS nessuna risposta, ero veramente innervosito da questo comportamento, gli ho scritto su whatsapp e finalemte mi risponde che le chiavi sono in un altro palazzo. Ho verificato l'indirizzo ed era a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Helsinki, volevo prendere il taxi dall'aeroporto perchè ero pieno di bagagli e pioveva forte, immaginate 10 minuti sotto la pioggia con bagagli ed altri 10 per tornare alla stazione. La cosa peggiore che il proprietario non è stato per niente gentile e disponibile, arrogante si è rifiutato di farmi trovare le chiavi vicino l'appartamento, senza cura di un ospite che aveva già pagato tutto in anticipo. Arrivando in appartamento, che è un buco di 26mq, con un soppalco su cui c'è un materasso buttato per terra a distanza di 20-30 cm dal soffitto, inadatto a chi è claustrofobico, lenzuola ed asciugamani maleodoranti, coprimaterasso sporco. Nessun armadio, le valigie per terra, nessun comodino per appoggiare qualcosa e zero paralumi, bagno micro senza nessun gancio per appendere asciugamano, sedie traballanti, microonde pericolosamente sporco e vecchio con coltura batterica all'interno. allego foto a prova di quanto detto e ho tutti i messaggi con il proprietario. Se volete stare in queste condizione andateci pure, se preferite un alloggio decente state alla larga.

Rauhallisen oloinen alue. Erinäisiä palveluita saatavilla lähistöllä.

Hieman lämpöisen oloinen asunto, ainakin lämpöisenä päivänä. Ikkuna auki piti nukkua jolloin kadun äänet kuuluivat sisään selvästi. Samoin äänet rappukäytävästä kuuluivat asuntoon.
