日本酒がとにかく、美味しかった。
酒蔵というロケーションも想像以上に良かったです。
オーナーさんの風貌に最初、びっくりしました。
でも、とても気さくで知識もあり楽しかったです。

Wakatsuki, was für ein fantastisches Juwel in diesem historischen, wunderschönen Ort, Tsuwano. Der Wohnbereich auf 2 Etagen ist gemütlich, elegant und dennoch stylish-modern. Alles so liebevoll eingerichtet, an jedes Detail wurde gedacht. Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Architektur des gesamten alten Sake-Brauhaus-Gebäudes, das eine so stimmige Atmosphäre zaubert.
Das Bett super komfortabel und das edle Badezimmer ein wirklicher spa mit riesiger, runder Badewanne. Der äusserst sympathische Gastgeber, Leo-San, ist professionell, sympathisch, hilfsbereit und mit charmantem Lächeln informiert er mit viel Geduld und Leidenschaft über alle Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Ich bin glücklich, dass ich hier tolle 5 Tage verbringen durfte. Eines der schönsten Unterkünfte meiner diesjährigen fünfwöchigen Japan-Reise. Absolut empfehlenswert.

古い独立家屋を改修してスイートに仕立てた客室で、インテリアは素晴らしい。
夕食、朝食ともユニークな献立で盛り付けもおしゃれ、むろん美味。
かつての醸造工場を利用した本館も雰囲気がある。今のところ一日一組らしいが、断然おすすめです。

Unique accommodation located on the premises of an old sake brewery. Welcoming and friendly staff. Very nice facilities. Dinner was outstanding, based on locally sourced products, offering an amazing range of flavours and impeccable presentation. Tasty breakfast too.
