Great location! In the heart of the Centro Storico, close to Via Maqueda, and a short walk to Quattro Canti. The apartment itself is modern and stylish, although in an older building, and was very comfortable and well equipped. The building does not have a lift, not a major problem but something to be aware of. The host had very generously stocked the fridge with some wine, water, fruit juice etc to welcome us, and there was also fresh fruit, tea and coffee. The host, Antonella, is excellent. She was in touch with us several days before we arrived to introduce herself, and we got the check in information the day before we arrived, which all worked very easily. She subsequently came to meet us to complete paperwork, and was immediately available on WhatsApp throughout our stay to answer any questions. She sent us a link that provides a lot of information, not only about the apartment, but also about Palermo, and places to eat etc.
There is a washing machine, but there was some confusion about its use. The information provided in the link the host gave us indicated an additional payment was required before the machine could be activated. However, the host subsequently clarified that a call to her would enable her to activate it for us. Also, the electricity went off a few times while we were there, which is apparently because of overloading even though we were being very careful not to have too many items on at the same time. It’s easy to turn back on at an easily accessible switch downstairs, but it was inconvenient.

Un très beau logement. Très bien décoré et idéalement placé dans le centre de Palerme. La qualité des équipements est remarquable. La propriétaire est toujours là pour répondre aux demandes et aux questions. Je recommande fortement cet endroit à de futurs voyageurs.
