The Appartamento "Maison Piave" is on the essentially residential street "via del Piave", but it is walking distance from the port, the railway station, the celebrated Basilica San Simplicio and the traditional centre of Olbia. As a consequence, the Appartamento "Maison Piave" is both peaceful and convenient.
The apartment is large, modern and attractive. It has a full kitchen with a large refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher and four-burner cooker with oven, a microwave and an espresso machine. The modern bathroom was very satisfactory. The apartment is in a handsome, well-maintained building.
We particularly appreciated the large loggia (covered balcony). It was comfortable for breakfast and in the early evening.
The apartment is on two levels. On the main floor is the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room (with cabinets and a large convertible couch); although this floor is considered the ground floor, there is ample privacy, thanks in part to the architecture. On the lower floor is a large attractive bedroom with a large double-bed and a huge walk-in closet with numerous shelves and clothes bars.
Checking-in was especially easy because Marco waited for us at the apartment. In addition he provided numerous tips.
The two levels of the apartment are connected by an attractive but narrow and steep spiral stairway. Individuals with mobility constraints would almost certainly find the use of this stairway uncomfortable. They would probably opt to use the convertible bed in the living room.

Wunderschöne saubere Wohnung, tolle Ausstattung und super Lage! Nicht mal 15min zu Fuß in die Altstadt.
Marco, der Gastgeber, ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen, Problemen, etc. immer erreichbar.

Tout !! Marco est adorable, très réactif et vraiment aux petites soins. Ses attentions ont été très apprécié par mes parents et moi !
Le logement est très bien aménagé, parfait pour passer quelques jours dans la ville.
