Clean accommodation, very good location , no WIFI.

Very comfortable very clean beds . Big bedrooms . Great location five minutes to the metro . Tea, coffee pods in the kitchen , roomy fridge , kettle , coffee machine .

Asked for earlier checkin as we had been travelling all night arriving in Milan at 10am, we didn’t get into the accommodation until 4.40 pm . It was helpful that we were allowed to leave our luggage in the room around 11.30 am . Felt there was no sense of caring/ interest from the host that met us ie she never said sorry about that or we’ll do our best or even just sentence like you must be exhausted! On that note after we were texting re leaving the key back in the lock box to check out no well wishes from host re hope you had a good stay etc . It’s the small communications that make a positive difference . No WIFI . No bin in bedrooms ! Difficult with one bathroom with toilet in the same bathroom , for any group of people .

9 / 10

The stay in this apartment was very pleasant. Located in a charming old building, the apartment was spacious and well si

The communication was very smooth and the apartment is very well positioned, near metro station.

The floor was not very clean. I would suggest that, for future guests, you leave more toilet paper readily available, as one roll for six people over two days is insufficient. We also would have appreciated having some kitchen towels available in the kitchen.

9 / 10

A comfortable and pleasant stay in a clean, bright place with convenient public transport access.

The rooms were spacious, bright, and very clean. The property also had easy access to the metro and bus stations.

The only downside was that there was just one bathroom for three bedrooms, which was a bit inconvenient.
