Апартаментът беше голям с огромна тераса
За 7 човека ни дадоха само 1 чип, а същевременно входната врата е с чип, асансьора е с чип и вратата на комплекса също. Обадихме се на домакина, той ни каза че един от другите 2 чипа също отваря вратите и асансьора, но това се оказа невярно. И така минаха трите нощувки. 1 човек беше дежурен постоянно-никой никъде не можеше да отиде самостоятелно, дори и до плажа. Изключително неудобно - особено с багажа.

The property is peaceful, accurately matches the photographs, and features a clean swimming pool alongside a spacious terrace. Its location is highly convenient, being close to both the beach and local shops. The digital asisstent was very helpful during the trip.
-The terrace was covered in feathers.
- There were ants in the kitchen.
- The first bathroom sink did not drain.
- The second sink did not work at all for three days.
- One of the towels was stained.
- In one bedroom, the window was broken and the curtains only closed halfway.
- The AC remote was broken. We burned our hands on it.
- We were given only one key for the whole group of 8 .The host said to collect a second key from reception, but reception was closed every time we went.
- Washing machine did not work properly, all dishes came out half dirty and there was no dishwash sponge and soap.
The host is now claiming two things that are not true.
He says we broke the shower curtain. We never used it.

Given that the host already knew the state of the apartment he lied that we broke things and left a big mess and calles us demanding 100€ and was very unpolite. Wu had videos of the apartment before and after the stay, sa he stopped the threats.
Also, they demanded a “deposit of 200€ before the stay, which was not mentioned before. We retused to pay and booking employees told us not to and resolved the issue.
