Muy mala experiencia, no se la deseo a nadie, el mal trato y temer por la seguridad fue lo peor
Muy mal trato de los anfitriones, nos cobraron en efectivo porque segun ellos no tenian POS (o a maquinita de pago) y despues reportaron a bookin que no nos presentamos, incumplieron las fehcas de reserva era del 6 de abril al 6 de mayo (el primero de mayo previo a una situacion muy desagradable de abuso de parte de los anfitriones donde ademas nos exigian que pagaramos una semana adicional (solo pagar, no quedarnos alli) o que teniamos que salir corriendo ya ( 5 dias antes de la reserva que ya habiamos pagado) el mensaje textual fue "Estamos llendo para allí, los chek out son antes de 11y30h-12h así que vallan aprontando sus cosas, gracias". No conocemos a las personas y tuvimos miedo estar expuestos a peligro asi que les dijimos que ya estabamos levantando las cosas para irnos (era mas importante nuestra seguridad que el dinero) y cuando llegaron el esposo de la anfitriona muy agresivo, verbalmente dijo todo lo que se le ocurrio de mal trato. Nunca nos devolvieron el equivalente a los 5 dias que no cumplieron (que por cierto la reserva por del 6 de abril al 6 de mayo no fue nada de bajo costo osea que por dia salia bastante el costo). Muy mal experiencia ademas del mal trato e incumplimiento de y no devolucion de la reserva temiendo por nuestra seguridad. Agradeceriamos que de parte de booking tambien se tomen cartas en el asunto y nos brinden asistencia sobre este incidente tan desagradable.
