Great flat at top of lots of stairs!

Lovely flat with great views. Comfortable beds. Convenient parking (payable!). Bathroom facilities.

Five flights of stairs - it was advertised as lower ground.... we were all over 70! We struggled to carry bags up. Television - couldn't get regular channels (BBC!). QR code for checking facilities didn't work. Wasbasin plug in en suite bathroom didn't work. Parking was expensive (it was stated there was only payable parking). It would have been nice to have salt/pepper and a few basics.
