Appartamento molto grande, potrebbe ospitare 6 o 8 persone volendo. Sala da pranzo e cucina spaziose, camere molto grandi, terrazzino molto carino, aria condizionata nelle camere . Materassi e cuscini comodissimi. Cucina con frigo grande e forno, piastra elettrica. L 'oste ha lasciato alimenti di prima necessità per colazione e per cucinare, detersivi e spugne presenti. C erano anche strofinacci e tovaglia . L'oste ha lasciato dolcetti di benvenuto e acqua fresca in frigo. In bagno c erano saponi, bagno schiuma, cuffie da doccia.
Doccia molto stretta, infissi vecchi da cambiare almeno nella camera matrimoniale ,pavimento rovinato . Androne dell ingresso del palazzo da sistemare e tinteggiare. Avrebbe bisogno di una piccola ristrutturazione. portone dell appartamento difficile da aprire perché striscia sul pavimento. Check in self service . istruzioni chiare ma mi sarebbe piaciuto incontrare qualcuno. manca servizio deposito bagagli. Purtroppo la strada su cui si affaccia è molto rumorosa di notte a causa della movida e delle persone maleducate che passano dopo essere uscite dai locali, ma con dei buoni infissi l insonorizzazione potrebbe migliorare

Great location, walking distance to sites, transport, bars, restaurants, anything! Very spacious for 2 people, high ceilings, big bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable and the property as a whole was clean. Host was friendly and left us biscuits on the first day which was very sweet. Overall, we really liked it and would return.
A bit dated - flaking paint in communal area of building which is quite unsightly. Flaking paint in the bathroom on the ceiling. The shower needs to be upgraded - the water overflows very easily and is tiny - Feels like an airplane facility. The kitchen had a constant sewage smell that drifted into the dining space. There should be a Nespresso machine provided instead we had to buy instant coffee from Lidl. If you used the water anywhere in the property, flushing toilet, washing hands etc, the water tank sounds throughout the flat which is quite disruptive especially in the night if someone needs to use the facilities. If you’re a light sleeper, the property is right off the bar strip and very noisy at night, especially Fridays and Saturdays through to 3/4am. We also felt the Checkout time for 10am was too early, most places are 11am with a bit of flexibility.

1) Centrale ligging, alles op loopafstand, incl supermarkt (Lidl), restaurants, station, bezienswaardigheden, haven etc
2) Veel ruimte en comfort in het huis, goed werkende airco, prima bedden, schoon. Het voelde als een thuisplek.
3) De host was geweldig: bij aankomst lagen er heerlijke lekkernijen klaar. Ook was ze goed bereikbaar en reageerde ze steeds direct op vragen via whatsapp.
1) Vooral het straatlawaai ‘s avonds laat en ‘s nachts, helaas in alle 5 dagen/nachten dat wij er waren. Ik had er zelf niet veel last van, maar mijn vriendin heeft daardoor niet goed geslapen hier. 1 slaapkamer heeft geluidsdichte ramen, de andere slaapkamer niet.
2) voor grotere mensen is de doucheruimte iets aan de krappe kant.
