Nie wieder!

Vom Apartment aus ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war fair und erstattete uns die verbleibenden Nächte, die wir aufgrund des schlechten Zustands der Unterkunft nicht nutzten.

Zum Buchungszeitpunkt war die Unterkunft mit ca. 8 bewertet, zum Zeitpunkt unserer Ankunft nur noch mit ca. 6. Unserer Meinung nach ist dies noch immer eine zu hohe Bewertung: - Der Vermieter informierte uns kurzfristig, dass er uns in eine andere, größere Unterkunft umgebucht hat. Tatsächlich war diese mit max. 45 qm aber kleiner als die laut Buchungsbestätigung 50 qm große ursprüngliche. Der Vermieter blieb aber dabei, dass sie größer sei (stimmt nicht, wir haben nachgemessen). - Die Unterkunft roch nach Schimmel, der auch in den Zimmerecken zu sehen war. Das Öffnen der Fenster führte zu starkem Farbgeruch von der Außenfassade, die gerade gestrichen wurde. - Direkt vor dem Wohnzimmerfenster konnte ein Maler reinschauen, der vom sich an dieser Stelle befindlichen Gerüst kletterte. - Über dem Bett klebten mehrere Popel an der Wand. - Die Griffe der Türe und Schränke waren klebrig. - Der Abzug im Bad war defekt. Da es kein Fenster gab, mussten wir die Tür zur Küche beim Verrichten gewisser Geschäfte und beim Duschen offen lassen. - Es waren Haare auf dem Wohnzimmerteppich und Badezimmerboden. - Das WiFi ließ sich zwar verbinden, dessen Internetverbindung transportierte jedoch keinerlei Daten. Auch, wenn wir nicht in der eigentlich gebuchten Unterkunft untergebracht wurden, halten wir diese Bewertung für repräsentativ. Beide werden schließlich vom selben Reinigungsteam geputzt und gehören dem selben Vermieter, der z. B. den Schimmel in dem über 120 Jahre alten Holzgebäude und dessen Geruch erst nach unserem expliziten Hinweis darauf zu bemerken schien, wie auch die anderen Mängel. (Es waren noch ein paar mehr als hier gelistet.) Außerdem war der "Balkon" der eigentlich gebuchten Unterkunft im Innenhof durch die Fenster der umliegenden Unterkünfte direkt zu sehen. Wir hätten dort wie auf dem Präsentierteller gesessen und es gab von dort keinerlei Aussicht.

Es una ratonera Espero que no haya un incendio porque tiene mala pinta

Vstupnej chodbe nepríjemný zápach, v kuchyni dosť zanedbaný sporák aj špunavý, obývačka veľká vcelku v pohode až na veĺmi špinavú komodu. V spálni sme nemohli vetrať keďže zvonka prwbiehalu maliarske práce. Dosralu sme len jeden malý vankúš
