La ubicación está muy bien !

No había papel hiegienico y éramos llegando 8 personas tampoco había wifi , le pregunté al encargado y dijo que si había le mande fotos del alojamiento de que no había módem en ningún lado pero ya no me dijo nada tuve todo el fin de semana a toda de mi familia sin internet! El internet es algo básico pero ni se molestó por ir y solucionar el problema! Y el check out decía a las 11am y a las 9:45 nos corrieton y llegó la señora del aseo ! Lo único bueno es la ubicación

Absolute enttäuscht

Wir sind wirklich sehr enttäuscht und verärgert über unseren Aufenthalt und die gesamte Organisation. Bei Booking wurde angegeben, dass für die Unterkunft ein Parkplatz verfügbar sei. Genau diese Angabe war für uns ein wichtiger Grund, warum wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden haben. Erst wenige Stunden vor dem Check-in wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Parkplatz tatsächlich etwa 20 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt liegt. Wir kamen gegen 3 Uhr morgens nach einer rund 10-stündigen Autofahrt an. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch 20 Minuten mit schwerem Gepäck zu einem entfernten Parkplatz zu laufen, war für uns absolut unzumutbar. Wir mussten das Auto deshalb auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz abstellen. Besonders ärgerlich und enttäuschend war, dass noch in derselben Nacht bei einem anderen Fahrzeug auf diesem Parkplatz eine Scheibe eingeschlagen und Fahrzeugpapiere gestohlen wurden. Gerade weil wir uns bewusst für eine Unterkunft mit Parkplatz entschieden hatten, ist es für uns völlig unverständlich, dass die tatsächliche Situation erst wenige Stunden vor unserer Ankunft mitgeteilt wurde. Auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns leider enttäuscht. Sie wirkt insgesamt deutlich heruntergekommen und entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Eindruck, den die Unterkunft bei der Buchung vermittelt. Gerade im Sommer ist die Situation zusätzlich sehr unangenehm: Die Wohnung wird sehr heiß und verfügt lediglich über eine Klimaanlage auf dem Dach, die die Räume nicht einmal ausreichend herunterkühlt. Ein weiterer Punkt, der unserer Meinung nach unbedingt erwähnt werden muss, ist die Lage direkt neben den Bahngleisen. Die Bahnstrecke befindet sich unmittelbar neben der Wohnung. Wir übertreiben wirklich nicht, wenn wir sagen, dass es dadurch kaum möglich ist, vernünftig zu schlafen. Ab etwa 5 Uhr morgens fahren dort regelmäßig Züge vorbei, wodurch wir immer wieder aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurden. Für uns war an erholsamen Schlaf praktisch nicht zu denken.
