Shanghai Haofeng Yazhi Hotel-Free Shuttle Service to PVG Airport & Disneyland

Nous avons aimé l'accueil de tous les employés de l'hôtel, le chauffeur qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport, JAY qui a communiqué tous les jours avec moi pour organiser nos deplacements, et qui a été très professionnel et très disponible, le jeune concierge HAO FENG - XIAO YAN qui a été très gentil dès le premier soir, et enfin la femme de ménage, adorable et professionnelle. Même sans parler le mandarin, la communication avec eux s'est passée avec le sourire, la politesse et le respect mutuels Merci beaucoup Nous avons beaucoup aimé le petit-déjeuner chinois, très varié, avec beaucoup de choix. En tant que français, nous aimons la cuisine et nous respectons les habitudes culinaires des pays que nous visitons. Nous n'aurions pas voulu de petit-déjeuner occidental, donc merci d'avoir maintenu vos traditions, et d'avoir proposé des plats chinois, bien expliqués avec les panneaux au mur, c'est très bon et très propre, et très instructif, et nous avons pu gouter à des plats que nous ne connaissions pas. La chambre est confortable, nous avons aimé la literie qui est de très bonne qualité, et nous avons très bien dormi, même moi qui suis insomniaque. Le quartier n'est pas au centre-ville, mais la navette amène au métro tous les matins, et nous récupère tous les soirs, si on le demande, il y a plusieurs restaurants à côté, nous y avons mangé des écrevisses le premier soir avec des grillades, c'était un régal, et nous avons réussi à communiquer avec les gens, avec le sourire, la politesse, l'humour et le traducteur du téléphone! La ligne de métro amène au centre ville, et permet les changements pour l'aquarium, la Tower Tour etc, donc même si l'hôtel est excentré, tout est faisable sans problème, et rentrer le soir au calme, loin du tumulte de la ville, cela fait du bien. Nous n'avons pas testé la navette pour Disneyland car nous ne sommes pas interessés par cette activité.

L'odeur de tabac froid dans le couloir et la chambre. Je pense que comme dans beaucoup de pays, le tabac était encore toléré il y a peu. Mais même si personne ne fume, l'odeur persiste dans la chambre, jusqu'à ce que l'on remette la climatisation. Dès que la climatisation remarche, l'odeur disparait. Donc cela n'est plus dérangeant au final.

All of the staff were incredible! This was my first time ever in mainland China and was a bit nervous And didn't really know how things work yet. But the staff were amazing. Reception team were very helpful and friendly and made me and my girlfriend feel relaxed and comfortable. The manager helped me by driving me to a nearby phone place, because I needed a Sim card (I thought that it would be okay without because I had bought an e-sim , but I needed to have a Chinese phone number or even doing certain very basic things here could not be set up yet, like a travel card to use the subway etc.) The fact that he did this for me , himself- showed how nice he is and he was patient enough to be there while the staff in the phone shop helped me get set up. I've no idea what I would have done without it. Also by the way the breakfast was amazing and the room itself was one of the best I've ever stayed in :) Really recommend this to anyone staying in China!

There was nothing I didn't like. Even the price was extremely affordable. I travel a lot and had just came from both Taiwan and Hong Kong. My hotels in those places were much more expensive than this one. This hotel in Shanghai is very affordable and offers a lot of luxury ✨️ 10 out of 10 and nothing to dislike or complain about when everything was so good and the people were so friendly &hospitable 👍

Lily was brilliant and very helpful. The manager was fantastic for arranging for a birthday cake for my granddaughter’s birthday.

The transport to Disney was only available at 07:00 drop off and pick up at 22:00. Which didn’t give any flexibility. The location but that didn’t matter because the staff and the manager made us so welcome. The facility of transportation could be a little more flexible for Disney.
