La posizione è strepitosa, la doccia veramente grande. La climatizzazione, l'arredamento le tapparelle motorizzate.
La stanza è un po' piccola, il materasso non ergonomico e poi la pulizia ha molti margini di miglioramento

Het appartement doet zijn naam zeker eer aan! De ligging is echt geweldig centraal. Wij hebben vanuit het appartement veel bezienswaardigheden gewoon te voet kunnen bezoeken en ook het openbaar vervoer is vlakbij. Ideaal voor een stedentrip in Boedapest.
Het appartement zelf is modern, luxe en praktisch ingericht. Niet heel groot, maar voor ons precies goed, met voldoende kast- en bergruimte, zowel om te hangen als te leggen. Het bed ligt prima en de douche en het toilet zijn goed. Ook is er een lift aanwezig.
Het appartement is gevestigd in een ouder gebouw dat zelf nog niet gemoderniseerd is. Eenmaal binnen merk je daar gelukkig weinig van, want het appartement is juist modern en sfeervol ingericht.
De self check-in verliep duidelijk en eenvoudig met het kluisje op de tussenetage. Op ons verzoek kregen we zonder problemen een extra set schone handdoeken.
De transfer vanaf het vliegveld naar het appartement hadden we via de verhuurder geregeld en verliep prima. Voor de terugweg gebruikten we Bolt en dat bleek een stuk voordeliger.
Wat kon beter
Omdat het appartement aan een drukke straat ligt, is er 's nachts wel wat verkeersgeluid. Voor ons was dat geen groot probleem, maar het is goed om hier rekening mee te houden.
De schoonmaak zou op sommige punten wat meer aandacht mogen krijgen.
Conclusie
Wij hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Vooral de geweldige ligging, het comfort en de moderne uitstraling maken dit appartement een fijne uitvalsbasis om Boedapest te ontdekken!

The value for money is very good.
Access to the apartment is through the main gate using a code, followed by two intermediate doors that open with keys found in a key box. We received the instructions one day in advance via Booking. We were also provided with a video showing the route from the gate to the apartment, which was especially helpful for orientation.
The space is somewhat limited, but this is compensated by the modern, spectacular design, featuring original lighting, mirrors, ultra-modern furniture finishes.
The kitchen, located in the entrance hallway, provided everything we needed. We even found tea, rice, and pasta.
The built-in glass-front beverage cooler was sufficient for storing items for the next day.
The mattress, pillows, and linen were excellent.
The bathroom, also modest in size, makes up for it with its modern design and a truly 5-star, very spacious shower.
The view through the three window sections is more than spectacular and quite unexpected, overlooking the avenue towards Deák Ferenc Square. In Budapest, apartment windows usually face inner courtyards.
Overall, any small inconvenience was manageable, so thanks to its design, amenities, and location, the apartment is an excellent budget-friendly accommodation option.
One slightly problematic point is where the bed is very close to the bathroom corner, as shown in the Booking photos.
The apartment does not have a table or chairs, so we used the bedside tables for quick meals.
Unfortunately, the external blinds were lowered and not functioning, but we managed to temporarily secure them halfway to enjoy the truly amazing view.
During our 3-night stay, we felt the need for a refill of toilet paper and possibly trash removal, as the bins were small.
All minor inconveniences already mentioned above are clearly overlooked given the excellent overall value.
