La pulizia è impeccabile
Nel balcone si sente odore di fogna

Clean cute aparment with nice big terrace and scented bathroom - smelled really nice! Kitchen has everything you need. There is local free parking in front of the aparment and there is always a free spot.
Overall 9,5/10
I think there is a poor sound isolation in the building as you can hear a TV from the upper aparment. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs ;)
It would be awesome if there was a small couch in the living room!

Alles funktioniert gut, also Dusche, Warmwasser etc.
