The bed and sofa were both really comfortable. The layout of the house was both neat and quirky - in a good way and the the location great. The bathroom looked classy [although the over the bath shower would make this a difficult place for less mobile people] The layout of the lounge was perfect - unlike many self catering places. The kitchen has a stove, microwave and air-fryer as well as toaster and kettle.
There were limited facilities in the kitchen. Only a bread board and no chopping boards so I ended up crushing garlic on the bread board [Lord knows what that will do to the next occupants toast!] The pans were limited as were the work surfaces so cooking was really dificult. I guess most people only stay a couple of days and eat out most of the time. The draining board for the sink is at such a steep angle that cups and glasses slide off.
