The owner was very helpful and spoke good English. The place was nice and clean. Location was also good, close to the city centre (10 min walk) and right outside of the frontgate there were many shops, plenty of activities available. Yet when you were inside there was no noise and the blinds in front of the window were excellent shutting out the light
The shower is working with a boiler, so mind your time in the shower
