The flat was tidy and clean. The kitchen has all the appliances you may need. It was in a very good location, just next to the Fisherman beach, in five min walk you could reach all the shops and restaraunts of the town. You could easily find free parking on the street. The hosts were very helpful and discreet during our stay, which we appreciate it very much. Althought we were a family of four with a little baby, the flat was all we need it for a nice stay.
The bed in the bedroom was small and there was plenty of room for a small wardrobe. Also it will be great if they could allocate a household waste bin outside the building.

The location is hard to beat. You are only 5 minute walk from being on the beach and 5 minute walk to Southbourne high street. Check in process was as straight forward as you can get. Whilst there is no dedicated parking spot, there is always plenty of in road parking in the area
Due to being top floor flat and there being no AC, it gets incredibly warm

Close proximity to the beach and local pub Spyglass & Kettle. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a vacation and contact with the owners was great. The small details like soap, washing up liquid, salt pepper, tea, coffe etc were all there. Having run 2 holiday homes really appreciate this one.
Hubby and I both being in our 70's was quite a few stairs lol but managed not the owners fault but ours. Still loved the place
