Flat was clean and tidy.
The spectacular view from the front room and front bedroom made this stay perfect. I had the patio doors open constantly, so I could listen to the sea. Wonderful.
Nothing that was the responsibility of the owner . The complex itself is run down in some areas and incomplete in others, which must be a massive let down for the residents of westward ho.

Location was excellent and the flat itself was very spacious. We were unable to lock the flat one day due to a fault but the maintenance team were very quickly on the case .
The glasses and plates were dirty with bits of food and lipstick stuck on them

I would recommend this property to anyone .Ideal for anyone with disabilities as disabled parking is provided very close to a lift which takes you to within 3mts of the apartment door.
