The apartment offered good value for money and was conveniently located with easy access to Nairobi CBD. Although I was allocated a different room from the one I originally booked due to maintenance works, the alternative room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and communication from the host was helpful.
The room provided was different from the one I had originally booked, which was a slight disappointment. It would have been better to receive earlier notice regarding the room change and to provide more details about the alternative accommodation before arrival.

Great location, great host, great room
Room exactly as it appears on photos.
I forgot an item it the room - the host worked hard to trace me and ensure i receive. She is one in a million
The host can make it better if she adds a small writing desk.
