We stayed here for a few days. The staff were so friendly from the minute we arrived room was clean bed so comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, lovely seeing the hens etc Peter the owner kindly gave us a lift to the wedding venue we would definitely recommend the pink house as also only a ten minute walk to ripon city centre

Excellent choice of breakfast, with a very tasty kipper too! The property is also an easy 10 + minute walk into Ripon itself . Lovely friendly proprietors, and friendly chickens !!

The hosts were absolutely lovely and are clearly trying extremely hard to make this experience as positive as possible for their guests. We were greeted on arrival with tea and scones and introduced to the hens while sitting in a lovely garden. They were really helpful with lots of local information and general chat.

We stayed in the Deluxe King room - there is something very important to know about this room. There is a partition wall between the bed and half of the bathroom. But there are door-sized gaps at either end, so effectively the toilet is in the bedroom. Whilst this may not bother some people, it may make others feel extremely uncomfortable. Although the room is lovely and the bed was very comfortable, we definitely would not have booked had we known about this.
