Das Zimmer hätte grundsätzlich eine 8 verdient. Ausreichend groß, ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden, bequemes Bett, Balkon mit schöner Aussicht, Kühlschrank. Personal grundsätzlich freundlich. Überdachter Stellplatz für das Motorrad vorhanden.
Das Essen schmeckte tadellos.
Das WLAN war eine absolute Frechheit und funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Ich musste 3 Tage über mein Smartphone ein mobiles Netzwerk einrichten. Teilweise funktionierte das WLAN der Rezeption, weil mein Zimmer mehr oder weniger darüber lag, aber auch hier gab es permanent Ausfälle. Als ich darauf hinwies, hatte ich nicht das Gefühl, dass jemand sonderlich daran interessiert war - so quasi ist eben so.
Im Bad war die Dusche leider nicht abgetrennt, weshalb nach dem Duschen alles nass war. Das Waschbecken verfügte über kein Warmwasser.

The view is nice.
Reaching the hotel is difficult as there are no sign boards for PACK shimla. Also since this a new property no body knows the name. Locating took me alot of time. The food is pathetic. Lot of disturbance as this property was under renovation. Even if you order food through zomato it will take appprx 2 hours.
