Wonderful location in the streets close to the centre. Well appointed apartment.

Low quality and poor host communication

The interior is relatively new.

The interior may be relatively new, but everything is built to very low quality. It has only been open for a few months, yet wear and tear is visible everywhere and some parts are simply unacceptable. The main entrance door is flimsy and very badly constructed. It does not close properly, which caused me to get up one night at midnight because another guest tried to close it for 15 minutes, creating significant noise that woke me up. Due to this defect, many guests simply leave the door open, meaning all guest rooms are easily accessible by others. The door to my apartment had a lock that was so poorly installed that anyone could easily break in by pushing the door a little harder. This is completely unacceptable. My apartment smelled of cigarette smoke on arrival and throughout the entire stay. Despite notifying the host immediately upon arrival, no action was taken. I also had neighbors who did not respect the evening quiet hours, and again the host failed to take action when I asked them to intervene. I had to speak to the guests in the apartment next door myself and ask them to be quiet. On my second day, I tried to use the washing machine only to discover it had not been installed properly. The washing machine was not connected to electricity, and the cable was too short to reach any available socket. My apartment was poorly cleaned, with hair from previous guests still visible in the bathroom. The bathroom had another issue: there was no soap available at the sink, meaning I had to get soap from one of two dispensers in the shower. These dispensers had no markings whatsoever, so as a guest I had no idea what was in each. Overall, this accommodation failed in every respect: quality, interaction with the host, safety, and everything else. I cannot recommend it. Nothing I raised was fixed, and the host gave the impression of having no interest in providing guests with a satisfactory experience.

Clean, a great location and great hosts.Would definitely recommend.

The main sleeping area was bright,the illuminated emergency door sign and dome of the spotlights retained light which made the room quite bright when trying to get to sleep.

Me hubiese gustado disponer de capsulas de café y azucar extra para los dias de la estancia. Seria bueno indicar en Booking, en que planta se ubica el hospedaje ofrecido, Ejemplo: en 1, 2, etc, estuvimos en planta y fue grato, pero nos hubiese gustado un segundo piso.

El trato que nos dieron cuando llegamos la cerradura de la puerta del apartamento no abría y hasta la mañana siguiente no lo arreglaron porque el servicio de mantenimiento no estaba disponible el mantenimiento del apartamento era pésimo 😡
