What did you like about the property? “I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Itahari. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast—it was delicious, fresh, and had a great variety of choices. Every dish was well prepared and presented. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and excellent. Overall, the hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, and atmosphere made my stay truly enjoyable.

What didn’t you like about the property? “Honestly, I did not find anything significant to dislike. The room comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and overall service were all excellent. The entire stay was comfortable, relaxing, and very satisfying.

It was indeed a wonderful experience. Staffs were so friendly. Felt like home. Food tastes amazing. The room could be little more spacious. The internet service was good although youtube could not be accessed in television. Addressing these little things would make the experience even better. Thank you.

We recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham hotel for 7 nights; we were thoroughly impressed and stunned. Since it's a newly built property, it is incredibly fresh, and the modern aesthetic is beautiful. Front entrance attendants and front desk staff were amazingly welcoming from the moment we arrived (specifically Ms. Arita from FO), with a smooth check-in and a welcoming us with a beautiful scarf and refreshing welcome drink. The hotel location was perfect, with shopping in walking distance, the airport a 30-minute car ride away, and close to major locations. The hotel driver (Mr. Mohan Dhakal) was incredibly professional and respectful. He made our journey smooth from the day we arrived till the end. He helped us when we had difficulties finding our locations. Both the hotel and Mr. Mohan made sure we were dropped off and picked up safely and always punctually throughout the journey. Our room was surprisingly beautiful, spotless, had perfect amenities, and had an impeccable atmosphere of room certainty of five-star hotel qualities. We are very grateful and thankful to Ms. Garishma, as she upgraded our room to a junior suite, which was perfect for me and my sister, as our luggage was huge and there were plenty of things to store. Instead of going out to explore food, we decided to enjoy our meal in the hotel restaurant after our first meal, as food was exceptionally delicate in flavor, which made us appetite and made us try different dishes each time. Staff and service were incredible (especially Ms. Kavina), and they took care of us very well. We enjoyed our meal by the pool with a view. Also observed there was speech-impaired staff that is very supportive and ethical, which impressed us. We sincerely want to thank Ms. Arita and Kavina for the thoughtful farewell gift. It would be great if there were mosquito repellents machine outdoor by the pool will be helpful to enjoy meal with view.
