This property is well located, across the street from the Nationals Stadium. There is a metro stop nearby. Several restaurants are within a half-mile walk. The kitchen is good. The bedroom is ok. The owner provides Direct TV so there is a good assortment of channels. The living room was comfortable, with a sofa and recliner chair. The AC worked, and so did the washer and dryer. It is good to have a parking place. That was a great benefit.
The bathtub could use some security measures: grab-bars for stability, something on the bathtub floor to keep from slipping. The coffee maker needs a carafe since it offers both the Keurig k-cup and filter options. Only 4 k-cups were offered for two people for a 3-day reservation. That was a little sparse. Paper supplies (towels, toilet paper) were sufficient. The bed mattress causes you to roll toward the center.
