This property is the biggest and best you can get in this area for the money, in my opinion. It is a double wide trailer. It is a nice area. There is a state park nearby. The beaches are amazing. You do need to drive to the beach. The owner was very gracious
It could have been cleaner, but they did come and clean some more for me when I requested it. They said they might be switching maids.

Nice big and plenty of room
When we pulled up we thought we got scammed because the outside looks awful DEFINITELY DOESNT LOOK LIKE THE PICS ON THE OUTSIDE and could use a little more attention to the inside,we found cereal and other crumbs by the garbage can, the bathroom with all the rooms wouldn’t drain we put drano in it and it worked,the air conditioner filter is filthy needs to be changed, and I killed 2 roaches,I know things happen but the outside is ridiculous I pulled the bushes away from the ac unit and off the weeds off the steps, and put the table and chairs together in the front because they were all scattered around the yard. I took pictures of everything because it was like that when we got there and the garbage cans at the road there was just bags of garbage piled up in the driveway is a ditch. Someone needs to put the pictures how it really looks.
