Stunning views of the lakes and an on-site pool. Located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, 25 minutes from Troyes, this mountain chalet-style vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a traditional Champagne-style house and is attached to another vacation rental (with separate entrances and terraces). It offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay and guarantees an incredible change of scenery. The view of Lake d’Orient and the immediate proximity to the beach are real highlights. Beach 500 meters away, 28-km bike path right outside the cottage, opportunities for other bike tours, bike, scooter, and paddleboard rentals, fishing gear, and mini-golf on-site, with dining options on the beach. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne vineyards (36 km), Renoir’s House (41 km), Clairvaux Abbey (45 km), Charles de Gaulle’s House (52 km). The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and access to a private terrace overlooking the lake (firewood provided), and a lounge area. Sleeping arrangements: one double bedroom with a TV and two separate, sloped-ceiling sleeping areas on the mezzanine. One features two 90x190 beds, and the other has one 140x190 bed. You’ll also have access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and a separate toilet. Outside: you’ll find outdoor furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, and lounge chairs. Enclosed and secure parking. From June through September, you’ll have access to a shared indoor pool with the owner or guests from the other cottage (16 m x 5 m), heated to 28 degrees (access from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.). Heating, electricity, firewood, air conditioning, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Beds will be made upon arrival, and towels and linens are provided.
