Very clean & efficient basic apartment hotel room. It was clean and comfortable with enough space to move. The host at check in had very good English and gave us all information and a warm welcome.
The only thing is that the sound proofing is not really good. Conversations out in the corridor were heard clearly in our room even though the door was shut.

We were greeted by a very friendly Receptionist who made us and our little dog feel very welcome.
The bed was very comfortable. Shower was roomy, fridge and little kitchen area were well planned. Good location.
Breakfast was also very good and set us up for the day. Also there was very good parking. We would definite stay here again if visiting Aix.

The location is convenient for someone travelling by car.
The bathroom and most the shower area weren’t properly clean. The bedroom was ok.
The access stairs were also not properly clean.
