Seasalt Cottage is a lovely, cosy place with great facilities and plenty of space throughout. We really appreciated the roomy layout, particularly the large bathroom, and the hosts were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They took great care of us when we had an issue with the oven and were very quick to help find a solution that worked for us, which we really appreciated. They also left us a lovely welcome pack with things like sourdough bread, milk, honey and butter, which was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a great stay and felt that the cottage offered very good value for money.
The place was generally clean and well presented, but I did notice a few areas where it could have been cleaned more thoroughly, such as some dirt that hadn’t been hoovered under certain furniture, some cobwebs, and a few areas around the kitchen worktop. I should add that I do have quite high standards when it comes to cleanliness, so this may have influenced my score. Aside from those minor points, everything else about our stay was great.

Extremely warm throughout with no option to open duplex windows in roof..sign stating not to open back door unless an emergency. Access to get in & out of bed is very tight, making it difficult if your sleeping on inside to get up to use the bathroom through the night. Not suitable if you struggle with mobility issues. .fan was available in bedroom.
