New and clean apartment. Host is very friendly. Location is good for short term transit via Sao Paolo because it is located between airport and downtown. 25-30 min to both sides.
Access to the building is extremely difficult, requiring Face ID. The online concierge service is extremely unfriendly, unwilling to listen or understand what we were trying to say. This was extremely surprising and frustrating for me. We were standing at the gate in the rain, completely soaking wet, and unable to enter the building to even get out of the rain. A very helpful local resident helped us resolve the issue. On the day of our departure at 11:00 AM, we left our luggage at reception and went for a walk, but when we returned, we were again unable to enter the gate. Our Face ID had expired. They again refused to open the door because we didn't speak Portuguese, didn't understand us, and simply dropped our calls. This was a truly bizarre situation for us. Only thanks to the kind woman at reception were we able to resolve all our issues.
It's also a bit unusual that there's no hot water in the apartment. The shower is heated by a flow-through heater, which works fine, but we had to wash our faces with cold water.
The apartment is also very noisy because the windows are single-pane, frameless glass.
We apparently arrived at an unfortunate time, when it was very cold outside. It was 17 degrees Celsius in the apartment. The air conditioning doesn't have heating, which also surprised us a bit.
Overall, our impressions were positive; we accept these as peculiarities, just not always clear to us.

Ótima localização perto do meu evento. tem restaurante, posto, estacionamento na mesma quadra. Excelente predio, seguro. Portaria digital e fechadura digital funcionaram 100%.
Infelizmente o chuveiro era elétrico e precisava de uma certa manhã para ficar quente porém caia uma gotinha de agua apenas. O chuveiro precisa melhorar!

O imóvel é todo novinho, cama confortável. O anfitrião respondia rapidamente às perguntas.
Apenas como sugestão, já que acomodação possui cafeteira, poderia ter um par de xicaras. Fiquei três diárias com a minha mãe, e havia só um rolo de papel higiênico, não chegou a ser um problema, mas tive que sair para comprar mais. Para três diárias acredito que poderiam ter deixado ao menos dois rolos.

A localização é muito boa, o acesso foi tranquilo com cadastro facial simples e ocorreu dentro do horário.
A limpeza deixou a desejar, o banheiro tinha um cheiro forte de urina de gato, o chuveiro apresentou problemas de vazamento , não possuía xícaras, nem pratos para café da manhã. Importante ressaltar que entrei em contato com o anfitrião que se dispôs a enviar um técnico, a meu pedido foi enviado no dia seguinte(chegou apenas no final do dia) e as xícaras seria enviadas no dia seguinte pela manhã , mas chegaram apenas a tarde e onde já havia saído.
