Facilities in the rooms weee okay, busy streets

Hotel was okay, neighbouhood was busy, noisy and ugly. The car took ages to reach to the hotel due to the traffic jam. Rooms were clean and restaurant was not clean

Dear Booking.com Customer Support, I am writing to formally complain about my recent two-day stay at the hotel I booked through Booking.com and to request a **full refund for my entire stay**. The experience was completely unacceptable and the accommodation provided was not as advertised. The issues included: * I booked a **Superior Queen Room**, but the hotel initially provided me with an extremely small room that did not match the room category I had booked. * After I complained, I was moved to another room, but it was extremely dark with **no proper window or ventilation**. There was also a visible gap in the room door. I will attach photographs as evidence. * The hotel charged me for water even though **two water bottles were stated to be complimentary per day**. * The **lift was not working**, while my room was on the **4th floor**, making it very difficult to manage my luggage. * During checkout, I requested assistance with my luggage. A staff member came but only carried one bag, leaving me to carry the other bag down from the 4th floor. * Most importantly, before leaving, I specifically asked the reception whether I had anything to pay and was told **no**. When my cab was already waiting outside and I was getting late, a staff member approached me and demanded payment for the water. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Considering the room provided, the lack of ventilation, poor facilities, non-functioning lift, inadequate service, and the unexpected charge for supposedly complimentary water, I do not believe the accommodation provided the experience or facilities that I paid for. I therefore request **a full refund of the amount I paid for the entire two-day stay**. I am attaching photographs showing the condition of the room and other issues. I request Booking.com to investigate this matter with the property and process my full refund as soon as possible.

La relación calidad - precio es excelente, el lugar ofrece muy buenos servicios para el precio que tiene, hasta kit para afeitar tenían. Estuvimos muy agusto y manager Ranjeet Singh nos atendió excelente. Las fotos que comparto son demuestra salida porque olvidé tomar fotos al principio

Nuestra habitación 1104 tenía un problema con la luz, pues las dos noches se fue, ojalá puedan revisarlo pues fue el único contratiempo que tuvimos
