Lovely house, great location! Well equipped for all. Granddaughter loved the games and bath toys!
When booking checkout said up til 10am but we were asked to leave earlier which made it a bit of a rush with the children.

Excellent location, handy for walking to restaurants and shops. Large house, with good sized rooms, nicely decorated and very clean.
Easy check in and good communication from the host before arrival.
Expensive stay at £220 per night.
Parking space was awkward to get into because of the amount other parked cars at the back of the property.
Patio area wasnt very secure for dogs .
Biggest disappointment for us was the 9 am check out, it did say in two different places on the booking listing that check out was up to 10am. I think 9am is very early and is a tall order for people with children, or for older folk. Charging people an extra £20 per hour for a late check out is a bit steep considering the original cost to rent.

The house was really lovely, very clean and comfortable. A home from home, very well equipped, beds were very comfy. Local amenities were all at hand. Short walking distance or drive to the beach.
