The hotel was well located, very close to Hospital Universitario, my work destination during the visit.
The hotel is very well located. It appears to be an older property, but it is clean and still comfortable. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, although you can ask for room service until 10 pm, the restaurant opens for breakfast only, which is quite good. For lunch and dinner, we had to go out, and while there are several restaurants within walking distance, it was still somewhat inconvenient.
In my room, the air conditioner was quite noisy when it started, so I had to set the temperature a bit higher to prevent it from turning on frequently.
The rooms are provided with only two small bottles of water, which is insufficient given that Monterrey is usually very hot for most of the year.
The price per night is high considering all inconveniences commented above.
