Pool, quietness and plenty of parking available.
The kitchenette is extremely limited, there is no microwave, no cutting board, or a satisfactory knife. The barbecue facilities were accessible, however, the grates were rusty due to excessive cooking residue. There were no tools such as a brush or tongue available.

The location was quiet and the grounds well-maintained; the pool was small, but there was enough room for everyone. The two-bedroom unit was spacious enough for four people, whereas the one-bedroom unit was too small and outdated.
The one-bedroom unit was very small for four people; the bathroom was outdated and affected by mold, and the kitchenware and utensils were not clean. The extra pillows in the closet had not been fitted with fresh cases and had hair from previous guests on them. One top sheet had large yellow stains. There was a large cockroach in one room, and many small ants in the other. Upon check-out, we were stopped and asked to pay an additional fee; we had to show our passports and speak to the owner on the phone to clarify that we were not the individuals they were looking for.
