The apartment was cockroach-free, and that is important in Manila. Clean, with great facilities. It has a high-up view, and the location has a small supermarket, with convenience stores around. Within easy walking distance of BGC. Two air-cons, 2 TV's with a large front room TV. It has a great washing machine; UK Western style clean very well. The area is quiet and not crowded. Has a great coffee maker. The stove is good. Great utensils.
The sofa beds are more like beds. They are uncomfortable to sit on in the living room, as they are unconventional sofa beds, no side support. The fridge is small and has no freezer. The bins could be bigger. The TV in the bedroom has small lines on the screen and a white glow at the bottom showing the panel's age, but you can still see the picture clearly and it works well. The only other item that would really help is an air fryer. The hot water is under the sink in the bathroom and needs to be turned on. The air extractor has misleading instructions, and you just turn it on with the back 2 switches under the hood.
