Lovely stay, great location, friendly owner

The location was great (right next to a good bakery and a big supermarket, walking distance to the beach) and so was the complex. Nice and clean (and quiet) pool & friendly and helpful owner. We had 3 rooms as a family and all the rooms were comfortable and included private balconies which was great!

When we checked in to our room, the room smelled like smoke. It was a very strong smell and we asked to change rooms. This wasn’t possible on the day of checkin because they were fully booked, and as the days went by, the smoke smell left. The owner seemed upset about the smell (suspected the previous guest to have smoked in the room which was not allowed) but at the same time there were ashtrays in the room so that does send a mixed message. Furthermore, on one of the days we got clean towels, one of the sets smelled extremely of smoke - this was really unpleasant. Lastly, the 3 rooms had very different bathrooms - some more modern than others so some showers could use an upgrade (glass doors instead of plastic shower curtains).

Superb

The accomodation is situated in a nice and quite aria of the island. There is a market, a bakery and a rental shop just a few meters near the place which make it really convenient for a long stay. Also there are a lot of good restaurants in the aria which are affordable. The host is kind and eager to help you with everything you need.

Nice apartment in a quiet environment

The Villas are in a quiet area, close to the sea and restaurants. There are a bakery and a small supermarket only a few steps away, ideal for breakfast, snack or to cook something in your accommodation. The pool has plenty of sunbeams and parasols and the grounds are kept clean and tidy at all times.

There is no locked luggage storage, however you can leave your bags in the "library" area (a bookshelf near the pool), I was assured it would be safe, I didn't leave the premises as I'm not accustomed to leaving my suitcase in an outdoor area without my supervision.

Relaxing week

A beautiful and spacious apartment with kitchenette, lovely balcony and a very nice pool. Right around the corner from the apartments you can find a super market, coffee shop and scooter rental. Kiani Akti is a nice quiet corner of the island, but still has multiple restaurants close by. While there are beaches even closer by, I'd walk over to Monastiri Beach for the proper beach experience. The Poros harbor is like 5 minutes away by scooter with all its facilities, hustle and bustle.

The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but can't have it all.

Had a great stay in Askeli and would recommend Kostis Villas due to its great location & lovely pool

Great location, close to beach, supermarket and bakery. Easy to get into Poros town by water taxi. Pool was lovely and accomodation very comfortable with sea view balcony. Owner very helpful.

The cutest little hotel, absolutely wonderful.

The operator was always there himself in person which made me feel comfortable and he was always up for a chat.

Amazing

Room was spacious and spotless. Air con worked well. I left belongings behind in a drawer and the owner(i think) made sure to send it straight away in a taxi while we waited at the port before i even noticed. Close to supermarket restaurants and beach

Whenever I return to Poros I would come back to Kostis Villas.

Situated next to supermarket, vehicle rental, bakery, and approx 200m to the beach and taverns.

Wifi relatively slow but this is not a huge problem, we are on holiday here and dont need perfect internet connection.

A week in Poros Island.

Excellent location right beside a supermarket, a bakery/cafe, a gym & a bike hire shop. Askeli Beach is only a few minutes walk away. The Villa pool is nice. The area was very quiet when I stayed there (early June), which was also nice. Prices are excellent and Poros is only an hour from Athens by fast ferry.

There was nothing that I didn't like. A couple of things to consider: (1) there are a number of unavoidable steps in the property, (2) it is a 39 minute walk from the fast ferry landing.

Great place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely apartments, wonderful views, great room and excellent setting ( close to the supermarket and lovely coffee shop). The pool was lovely and it was an an easy walk down to the beach & tavernas.

Can’t think anything we didn’t like.

Nice modern accommodation with great breakfast from bakery next door.

Manager (owner) was invisible. Only saw him on arrival. Probably different during less quiet times.

Nice complex in a pretty area

We enjoyed our stay so much in there! Our room in Kostis Villas was huge with a great view (room 1) and the hospitality of Giorgos was amazing! The overall facilities were great and the measures against covid were more than respectful. The location is really perfect! You have near in a walking distance a supermarket, a bakery the beach "Askeli" and many restaurants around to choose between for fresh seafood and ouzo! :D Kostis Villas became the best choice for us in Askeli Poros and we will definitely we will consider it again in our next Poros visit!
