Room was very comfortable and clean - had plenty of towels and stocked with toilet paper and shampoo and the so on. Very good value for such a great location in Derry. Rooms codes were very handy to use but I would recommend writing it down incase your phone dies. Parking is in a bit of an awkward spot but getting parking in Derry at all is, so having their own parking space is great in and of itself , will visit again. Right across from Tesco which stays open late enough so very handy if you need anything.

Excellent Host and parking was great especially on such a busy weekend in Derry

Excellent location right in the centre of town with plenty shops, restaurants and bars within a short stroll. The location was perfect for doing sightseeing with all the major sights within easy walking distance of the property.
As we were traveling round the country we had a car with us so having secure parking located so close to the property in such a central location was excellent.
The facilities were clean, comfortable and very modern.
The only small suggestion would to have a small fridge in the room to keep milk - I like a lot of milk in my coffee and needed to buy a carton so it would have been good to have a small fridge to keep it cool.
