Đi không kỳ vọng nhiều mà ở xong thấy "wow" luôn. Phòng sạch, thơm, decor đơn giản nhưng ấm áp, giường nằm siêu êm. Nhân viên dễ thương, hỏi gì cũng hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Giá như này ở Đà Lạt là quá ổn, mình sẽ quay lại.
Ở ít ngày quá nên chưa tận hưởng hết

Gia đình mình ở 3 người và ai cũng hài lòng. Phòng rộng, sạch, nước nóng mạnh, giường ngủ thoải mái. Các bạn nv rất thân thiện, cần gì cũng hỗ trợ nhanh. Không gian yên tĩnh nên buổi tối ngủ ngon.

The hotel has a very good location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the room was clean. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable in the hotel.
The main issue was the noise. Construction and renovation work started early in the morning, around 7:30–8:00 AM, making it difficult to sleep and relax. Housekeeping was also quite noisy and started early. Guests should be informed in advance if renovation work is taking place during their stay.
