The location was perfect from the train station and into the town.
The lady was lovely and was great with communication before we arrived.
Extra pillows
The keyless entry
The late check out for the price was amazing.
Room 3 had bunk beds
Double on the bottom single on the top we was a family 2 adults 1 child.
Banged my head more than once.
The toilet didnt flush 1s time.
The towels where small (however did have my own)
Only 2 plugs in the room and the kettle when in use had to be on the floor.

Very friendly, very helpful, we booked the family room, it was exactly what we needed. I highly rate the customer services, the welcoming environment and everything was clean and tidy. We would stay here again... Thank you for your services and having us :)
Wish it did food like breakfast, wish the TV was in a better location but this is all minor and wouldn't let it take from how well this hotel really is... We were very happy overall with everything :)

How clean it was.
How small the rooms were , only one pillow for each single bed and 2 for a double.
The worst part we booked as a family of 5 yet were put onto different floors
We we messaged the owners to ask them a question (which they told us to do) and still even now haven’t got a reply.
