Loved my stay at Casa Oro! The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. I booked one of the “mini rooms”, but it was much bigger than I expected, with plenty of space for my clothes and luggage, plus a surprisingly spacious bathroom. Everything is new, clean and super comfortable.
The little pool is a great bonus, and the location is honestly perfect—right across from Cloud 9, close to everything, but far enough from the busy, noisy part of General Luna to actually relax.

I liked that the property was exactly as shown in the photos. No reception desk, but communication through WhatsApp was excellent. The staff were also very responsive and accommodating whenever we needed anything.
One area that could perhaps be improved is security, as the property isn’t gated and there isn’t security personnel on-site, which made us feel a little uneasy at times. We also found the dogs barking and occasionally fighting at night quite noticeable, and this did affect our sleep during the stay.
The space is cosy, although guests travelling with more than one suitcase may find it a little challenging to move around and store their luggage comfortably.
