The staff was very friendly , helpful and caring ! They made me want to stay more .
The room was nice , clean and comfortable.
They kindly arranged my airport pickup late at night on my arrival, also arranged my jeep tour for the sunrise. Always available for all my questions , as woman traveling alone I felt really safe and really enjoyed my stay .
It’s a bit far out from the city center and in a narrow street so some cars would refuse to come but other than that everything was great .

Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible, la maman du propriétaire est toujours présente et souriante, elle nous a même aidés en pleine nuit car nous rencontrions un souci pour nous rendre à notre destination suivante. L'établissement est très récent et donc très neuf. Le cadre du déjeuner est très agréable.
L'endroit n'est pas dans le centre mais il est facile de s'y rendre en taxi/Grab.

Beautiful, modern and peaceful hotel with a lovely design. We loved the pool, furniture and decorations, and the room was clean on arrival. The area is quiet at night, although there is currently some temporary construction nearby.
could be improved: humid bathroom, and limited hot water. The room was not cleaned daily, including the bins. No TV, and English communication was limited. Breakfast was also quite basic, with little choice and seasoning.
