Excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff.
Water was disgusting! If I had known about the tap water I would not have booked. This was the 2nd time for me to stay at the Portobello.

Everything! The rooms, restaurant, service, absolutely everything. Beds were comfy. Restaurant food was great and prices super competitive. This will now be my go to hotel when in Guadalajara!

Clean room. Quiet
Hotel restaurant. Terrible. Stairs from outside to enter hotel. Slippery in the rain. Ramp entrance was always locked.
