Las instalaciones eran espectaculares, el piso muy espacioso y con muebles bonitos. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la ubicación estaba bien. Se agradece el detalle de poner pastilla para el lavavajillas, estropajo, sobres de gel de ducha y ciertas cosas. Un piso con todas las comodidades aún con los inconvenientes del baño y la cocina.
Tuvimos que preguntar a un hombre dónde estaba el acceso al parking porque no lo encontramos en las indicaciones de la web. El suelo del piso no estaba limpio en condiciones, se notaban churretes y pisadas y algúntrocito de comida por el suelo en el salón. Es cierto que el suelo no es nada agradecido, pero precisamente por eso, qué menos que estar limpio a la llegada. Lo peor fue la terraza, que estaba muy sucia, con restos de comida, colillas por el suelo...la cocina no tiene ni persiana ni cortinas y cuando pega el sol, es imposible estar allí porque es un invernadero. Y la ducha del baño principal, tenía una chapuza hecha con silicona, pero aún así se salía el agua porque el plato de la ducha está rajado y acababa el baño inundado. Tampoco me gustó que me contactó por WhatsApp una chica llamada Sara, y al explicarle lo del baño me ofreció ayuda, pero le dije que no era posible porque nos íbamos al día siguiente y teníamos que utilizar la ducha, y al decirle lo de la suciedad, lo primero fue ponerlo en duda, y al mandarle fotos, terminó por no responderme, cosa que me pareció un poco fea.

Fantastic flat and location. Beautiful views
Getting the original access with instructions is overlay complicated and off putting . Fortunately the cleaners was in . There are two serious issues which need addressing immediately. The flooding in the en-suite shower is very dangerous even with a towel on the floor . I slipped twice on the marble . The main door of the flat is difficult to open , particular from the inside and this poses a fire risk . You have to pull the door towards you to unlock it .

Agents responded quickly and were very helpful, as there were a few issues.
We wondered if this property is new to the rental market as there seemed to be numerous ‘teething’ problems. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the following were significant issues:
1. Check in was delayed - was supposed to be 3pm but cleaner didn’t leave until 5.15pm. This was a very difficult delay with two young children who had been up since 3.00am
2. The door locking mechanism was faulty - very difficult to open. The lock was replaced promptly but the fault seems to be with the bolts aligning, so still needs attention.
3. En- suite shower floods floor after running for more than 2 minutes. Problem with drainage. They did come to clean the drain with a liquid solution but this didn’t fix the problem. Drains will need a rod down them. No-one came back to do anything further despite my messages. We were unable to use this shower.
4. Bathroom and shower were old/ tired which is ok, but both were in need of a thorough clean. The en- suite shower was particularly grim looking- although we weren’t able to use this anyway.
Need some heavy duty mould and mildew remover in both.
5. Kitchen also old/tired and some areas in need of a thorough clean ( I cleaned the sticky gunge from around the lip of the hob)
6. Kitchen lacking in basic equipment, such as colander, grater, sufficient crockery ( only 3 cups and one serving plate, no serving bowls),
7. It would have been helpful to have some kitchen basics, such as salt, pepper, kitchen roll, aluminium foil roll, a few dishwasher tabs, etc,etc. having stayed in other booking.com ‘luxury’ accommodation we have had some great basics and welcome packs. Nothing here.
8. No information pack in apartment. Again this is something we find in other accommodations. One would be helpful, to include for eg: complex info, air con info, shutter info ( one was manual and didn’t work well, we googled to find how to fix).
