It was so cool to be attached to a spa business, very close to the sinchon station, next door to Tous les cafe, and there were some street food options after 10 but not much. The property was quiet without being stifled, felt friendly, clean, and had dishes and most things I needed. I left behind laundry detergent and pepper that I hope they keep there for the next renters. It felt on par with having dish soap and a sponge.
I liked the vibe of the other guests and staff a lot.
The only 2 negatives were that the laundry machine was complicated and it ended up shredding 2 of my silk items. It was above ChatGPT’s pay grade to explain how to operate it. After it had run for a couple hours or more, I tried to take the clothes out, thinking they must be washed and dried by now. I couldn’t open the door for maybe another hour (oh, having Netflix was AWESOME, lol. Very helpful distraction) until it finally unlocked and I pulled out de-threaded, soaking wet clothes. So I washed everything in the sink from then on and it was fine.
The other complaint was that the shower water leaks out around the toilet, but I put a towel there to stop the leakage and it was okay. It was also way too hot and I had to take very low pressure showers to not get scalded, but I finally told a staff member and he fixed it.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of Sinchon, surrounded by great food, cafes and shops, with an Olive Young and CU next door. The room was very clean, modern, and well-equipped, and everything felt new. Super convenient access to the airport bus and subway. I stayed in room 201, and the large window right next to the bed overlooking the street made the whole stay feel extra cozy and chill.
the room is a bit small if you have two large suitcases. There’s no daily housekeeping, and no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up one short flight of stairs.
