We checked in late, yet, It was easy peasy, hassle free, since the keys are left in lock box.
Facilities all around are good - got security, easy parking, clean - in & out, amenities inside the stay are enough for us, nice view from balcony during morning.
Didn't expect a Pr1ma apartment can be this good.
The welcome message on the table proves the owner's intention : Your comfort is our priority
One thing only : the provided towel - it was thick, yet, got excess fabric, so got some stuck on the body whilst wiping

The mattress is a bit dusty. Wish to have some hooks in the bathroom area so that the clothes can be hang in it.
