The staff are really good
My husband and I stayed at the Park apartments for 3weeks and we have to say that the service was not great. Here is why
They only offer a one time cleaning service and if we need wanted more WE would have to pay extra. We cleaned the bathroom/kitchen/room ourselves.
Then let’s talk about the WIFI issue!!!
We went hours without WIFI. We couldn’t use our phones, we couldn’t stream Netflix, local channels weren’t working, we were warned that WIFI wasn’t 24hrs unlimited so we cannot stream, they took Netflix and dstv off as well and told as to pay for theses services separately,
Every time, services went out, we had to call the manager and it was at his discretion when the WIFI connection will turn back on!
My husbands apple watch was left in the apartment and they made sure it was returned to me .that i give them kudus on.
