La tranquilidad del barrio donde se ubica el establecimiento. La habitación es tal cual aparece en la foto. El transporte público (autobús)está a cinco minutos andando.
La habitación es muy pequeña, casi no puedes abrir las maletas. Al estar el baño fuera, y ser compartido, durante toda la noche está entrando y saliendo gente. Los suelos son de parqué y se oye todo. Aunque el transporte público está cerca, el trayecto hasta el centro te supone casi tres cuartos de hora, dependiendo del tráfico. Pensamos que estaba más cerca.

EL SEÑOR QUE LO GESTIONA ES MUY ATENTO Y SERVICIAL. EL ALOJAMIENTO EN GENERAL ES ACEPTABLE PARA DORMIR QUE ES PARA LO QUE LO QUERIAMOS
ESTA BASTANTE ALEJADO DEL CENTRO DE EDIMBURGO. HAY QUE COGER UN BUS (EL 44) A UNOS 200 METROS DEL ALOJAMIENTO Y HACER UN TRAYECTO EN BUS DE 25/30 MINUTOS POR UN COSTE DE 2,40 LIBRAS. ESTO ES UN INCONVENIENTE EN NUESTRO CASO QUE QUERIAMOS CONTRATAR UN TOUR A LAS HIGHLANDS A LAS 7 DE LA MAÑANA EN EL CENTRO,PERO AUN ASI DECIR QUE HAY AUTOBUSES A LAS 6 HORAS

Room was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly.
I didn’t realise the bathroom was shared by all 5 rooms so sometimes I had to wait for the toilet and the floor was quite wet. Also no coffee machine (only instant).

Price. Since everything else near city center was sold out. Room is clean.
Cheap room is a former flat converted to a hostel. Shared bathroom is ok, given you wake up early and don't have to wait. Lighting is horrible -- unnatural bright white light bulb which makes the room unusable during evenings. Door lock to the room is very bad: stiff and needs two hands to open. Which makes it rather unpractical when you have to go to the bathroom with all your belongings.
