Great location, just in front is the bus station to Venice (4L). Quite close to Venice (10-15 min by bus)
Appreciate the host took into consideration my complaints regarding some cleaning issues and was fast resolved.
Also asked for an iron and brought it quickly. Responsive I can summarize

The place is great, we loved how comfortable and clean the room is, we sleeped very well on the mattress and the location is very good, everything is near by and the bus station in front of the building makes it easy to move everywhere.
The customer service has been very kind and helpful.
