It was very quiet around the house. The beds were comfortable. It had a nice big garden.
The property overall had a rather shoddy appearance and while it wasn't actually dirty, it certainly wasn't cleaned properly recently, with spiderwebs at some places. There were only two big plates available and the cutlery was thrown together. The garden and especially the garden furniture were in definite need of a make-over. The sauna would have been a squeeze for two persons.
In addition to the deficiencies of the property itself, the organization managing the whole site, had apparently gone bankrupt some time ago and the staff, while friendly enough, wasn't really up to speed. When we arrived, we had gotten the wrong code for the keybox. At least we were able to contact an emergency number, but it was clear that they were in a chaotic situation. We spoke to one of the service persons and he told us that there were simply not enough people around to properly take care of the whole place and that there was confusion between the places run by the property owners themselves and those run by the resort organization. This showed clearly in the overall look of the resort, which also was not looking well tended.
