The only thing I really liked was Ms. Marina. She was very kind, helpful, and supported me with everything. Her excellent service made my stay much better.
Es war extrem heiß im Zimmer. Ich konnte praktisch erst am Morgen für 1–2 Stunden schlafen. So eine unangenehme Nacht hatte ich selten. Obwohl ich zwei Zimmer hatte, gab es nur einen kleinen Ventilator, der überhaupt nicht ausgereicht hat. Bei solchen Temperaturen ist eine Klimaanlage wirklich notwendig.
Außerdem war in der Küche ein schmutziges Glas, was keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Auch die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war unzureichend – es war nicht hell genug.

Me encantó la habitación, era muy grande, cómoda, con frigobar y un escritorio. Todo muy moderno y limpio. Una cocina compartida muy limpia y muy bien provista, tenía todo. Muy buena ubicación a 100 metros del centro y 10 o 15 minutos a pie de la estación de tren.
Lo único que no me gustó es el sistema de ingreso. Había en la entrada una máquina muy complicada. Estaba con nosotros una joven alemana que tampoco sabía cómo ingresar. Llamamos a la dueña y después de 10 minutos devolvió mi llamado y nos ayudó.

Der Fahrstuhl ist defekt. Was für meinen Aufenthalt schwierig ist,da ich einen Gehstock und einen Rollator als Hilfe benötige und ich im 3. OG mein Zimmer hatte. Es ist mühsam alles Stufenweise zu tragen. Schade , ich hätte gerne eine Auswahl getroffen in welcher Etage freie Zimmer zu Verfügung stehen.
