The room itself is spacious, clean, and appears to be recently renovated. The listing mentions two rooms, but there are actually four.
I had a very frustrating experience with this property overall.
The self check-in instructions were unclear—there were no photos to indicate which building or which room, and the location provided in the chat differed slightly from the one listed on the booking platform. I received clarification after I finally managed to get into the room with the help from one neighbor. Communication was also an issue: instructions were sent just two hours before check-in, and after 7 PM they will be inactive.
As a result, I spent nearly an hour trying to locate and access the room. During that time, I was even shouted at by a neighbor while trying to figure things out myself in the building, which made the experience quite stressful.
There were also used glasses left in the room upon arrival. The wifi and password given in the chat were also different from the one that we could really use. At first, I thought it was broken again.
The bathroom setup is not ideal, as there is no separation between the wet and dry areas. Additionally, two heaters did not work during our stay—there is one located in the bathroom and another in the bedroom. This made the bathroom constantly wet and uncomfortable to use. The curtain hanger in the bathroom had also fallen off the wall.
Lastly, please note that the property is located on an upper floor with no elevator, which may be inconvenient for some guests. And while they have 4 bedrooms instead of 2, there’s no living area and kitchen, but it was fine for us.
For me, This is not worth €260+ per night
But the condition might be acceptable with the more budget friendly price.
